Hi – we have been ISO 9001 certified since 2000.
We are a medium sized company that are just entering the corporate world as we have become part of BIBVest. At present, we are looking for a ‘common software-driven systems platform’ for our quality, safety & environmental processess.
Can you advise on this issue? I am exploring a system called Achiever Plus (Wynleigh International) – do you have any experience regarding this system?
I like your company’s project-based approach……I will keep you in mind for future developemnts.
Regards

Hi Mike, unfortunately I haven’t encountered Achiever Plus and I am not familiar with what it offers. This issue has popped up from time to time over the seventeen years we have been writing management systems and we have encountered “Quality on Line” (9001), “ISOtop” (14001 supplied by Crystal Clear) and a couple of company proprietary systems that are also system specific but nothing to handle an integrated system. We researched software driven platforms extensively and failed to find anything suitable. We have successfully integrated management systems for the Transnet Port of Durban (14001,16001,18001 & 3000-1), Transnet Dredging Services (9001, ISM Code) and Island View Storage (9001.14001, 18001 & 3000-1) without the use of specialised platforms and using conventional programmes. If you source something affordable and user friendly I would like to hear about it.
Regards
Ric Nevill.
